The Panobianco app had usability problems and didn't reflect the chain's premium proposal. GVD Studio redesigned the journey, bringing personalization, gamification and training tracking, creating a complete digital ecosystem for the wellness universe.
The previous experience was confusing: complex registrations, lack of customization and an amateurish UI compromised adherence. As well as making access difficult, the app didn't convey the brand's authority in offering an integrated wellness experience, which is essential in the wellness sector.
The new Panobianco app has evolved from a functional resource into a digital wellness hub. The experience has become intuitive and motivating, bringing students and the gym closer together on a single platform that reinforces the brand's value proposition and encourages continuous engagement.
